This Privacy Notice explains how Jeremy Schaffel ("we", "us", "our"), the data controller, collects, uses, and shares personal data when you use our resume optimization service (the "Service").

Payment data (card details, billing address) is collected directly by Stripe, our payment provider and Merchant of Record, and is not stored on our systems.

• Providing the Service (account creation, processing resumes, delivering AI output) — performance of contract.
• Billing and subscription management — performance of contract and legal obligation.
• Security and fraud prevention — legitimate interests.
• Service improvement and analytics — legitimate interests.

4. How we share data

We share personal data only with:

• Service providers / subprocessors: hosting, database, authentication, and AI model providers used to deliver the Service.
• Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. ("Stripe"): our payment provider and Merchant of Record, who handles the sale, subscription management, payments, tax calculation and remittance, refunds, and invoicing.
• Professional advisers: legal, accounting, and similar advisers where necessary.
• Authorities: where required by law or to protect our rights.

5. Data retention

We retain personal data only for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Account data is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period after account closure. Resume content you submit is not retained beyond what is needed to deliver and improve the optimization request.

6. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, to data portability, to withdraw consent, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. 7. Security

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls, and authentication — to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, or loss.

8. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies and similar technologies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

9. International transfers

Personal data may be processed in countries outside your country of residence. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
